A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE TERMS OF THE PALMER ZONING ORDINANCE.

I THINK EVERYBODY KNOWS WHY WE'RE REQUESTING THAT, BUT WE CAN GO OVER IT JUST IN CASE.

THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS UTILIZING THE CROSSWALK AND WE ARE CONCERNED FOR THEIR SAFETY, NUMBER ONE.
AND NUMBER TWO, SOMETIMES WHEN THAT PARKING LOT GETS EXCESSIVELY FULL, WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS DURING THE DAYTIME TO GET IN AND MOW OR TO ACTUALLY ENTER THE PARK.
UM, AND THAT IS GONNA BE A POINT OF CONCERN AS FAR AS, YOU KNOW, ALSO, WE'RE GONNA BE LOOKING AT WHY THEY'RE PARKING THERE AND NOT GETTING THE PARKING PERMIT AND PARKING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL AND TRYING TO HELP COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS.
IT'S NOT JUST TO PICK ON ANYBODY IN PARTICULAR.
IT IS JUST TO LOOK AT THE SAFETY AND WELLBEING OF EVERY PARTY.
HOW ARE WE MONITORING THE, THE LIMIT THERE? THE OFFICERS WOULD BE MONITORING THAT.
